Method
Prepare water to 75° C. Add five to seven pearls per 500ml. Leave for 2 minutes minimum.



Description

Tightly wound balls of the finest jasmine tea unfurl in a glistening glass teacup. A process of momentary metamorphosis is at hand. The indefinite continuum of time no longer adheres to mathematical units. Instead it is measurable through the innumerable chapters of the tea’s transmutation – the shape of the leaves, shade of the liquor and dancing spirals of steam which deliver a silvery floral aroma. Leaves settled, the spectacle concludes and the tick of the clock can once more be heard.
