All our online orders are sent out from our tea studio in New Farm Brisbane. We endeavour to send out your parcels as carefully and swiftly as possible. If an item has not arrived, or has been received in less than perfect condition please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can assist you as soon as possible.Β 

Placing an Order


Once you have placed an order online and payment has been accepted you will receive an email letting you know we have received your order and begun processing.

If you need assistance with ordering from our website you are welcome to call our studio during business hours (Tuesday – Sunday, 10am – 4pm) for assistance. We also happily accept phone orders.

Processing Times


We dispatch all our parcels within our studio’s opening hours of Tuesday to Sunday, 10am – 4pm. All orders are processed within one to two business days. Domestic shipping orders can arrive between 2 and 10 business days, however the Covid-19 pandemic can cause further postal delays, especially for orders being sent to WA and NT. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
