Bergamot, Floral, Citrus

Prepare water to 90° C. Add one heaped teaspoon of tea leaves per 500ml. Steep for 2 minutes minimum


The sitting room is richly furnished with intricate upholstery and velveteen curtains. Too polite to request a specific tea, its preparation is steeped in mystery. Ambiguity subsides as the tea is set down on a Georgian mahogany table. Bergamot oil precipitates into the atmosphere as the Earl Grey regally announces its presence. Surveying the room, a feeling of predestination descends; it becomes rather plain that it was never going to be anything else.
