(Organic): Assam Black Tea, Cinnamon, Liquorice Root, Ginger, Cardamom, Cloves, Fennel, Nutmeg, Peppercorns. 35 serves – 85g
Tasting Notes
Malt, Cinnamon, Ginger, Pepper, Anise, Cardamom
Method
Prepare water to 90° C. Add one heaped teaspoon of tea leaves per 500ml. Steep for 2 minutes minimum
Or low simmer on stove for 15 minutes in 1 part soy milk 1 part water
