Prepare water to 100° C. Add one heaped teaspoon of leaves per 500ml. Steep for 2 minutes minimum


Sold out of brittle woven baskets are crops of fresh cranberries, so perfectly plump they reflect the sun and contribute to the severity of an ambient morning glare. Amidst the bustling marketplace, a quiet moment is stolen in the shade of towering textiles. While some may need to retire from the heat as the day wears on, the hibiscus plants of Egypt thrive. Crimson spined flowers relinquish their shine as they are laid out and dried by the thousands in the unrelenting daylight. A strong ruby infusion echoes the dryness of its origins and the sharp bite of the midday sun, their severity assuaged by bright notes of pomegranate and cranberry.
