Lime & Coconut Green Tea Spritz


  • 2 Teaspoons of Tour de Tea Lime Coconut Calypso loose leaf tea.
  • 750ml Coconut water
  • 250ml Sparkling water
  • A handful of garden mint
  • 1 fresh lime
  • A nip or two of white rum (optional)


  1. Add the Lime & Coconut green tea to the coconut water and allow to infuse overnight in the fridge.
  2. Next morning, strain the tea leaves and pour into a large serving jug or teapot.
  3. Tear the garden mint leaves and add to the jug.
  4. Squeeze ยผ of the the fresh lime into the jug, and thinly slice the remainder of the lime.
  5. Finish by adding a spritz of sparkling water, and a dash of sugar or white rum in youโ€™re feeling rebellious.
  6. A gentle stir and voila! A tropical holiday in a cup.
