Lime & Coconut Green Tea Spritz


  • 2 Teaspoons of Tour de Tea Lime Coconut Calypso loose leaf tea.
  • 750ml Coconut water
  • 250ml Sparkling water
  • A handful of garden mint
  • 1 fresh lime
  • A nip or two of white rum (optional)


  1. Add the Lime & Coconut green tea to the coconut water and allow to infuse overnight in the fridge.
  2. Next morning, strain the tea leaves and pour into a large serving jug or teapot.
  3. Tear the garden mint leaves and add to the jug.
  4. Squeeze ¼ of the the fresh lime into the jug, and thinly slice the remainder of the lime.
  5. Finish by adding a spritz of sparkling water, and a dash of sugar or white rum in you’re feeling rebellious.
  6. A gentle stir and voila! A tropical holiday in a cup.
