Place 4 heaped tspns in 1 Litre of boiled water in a container / iced tea jug, and infuse for at least *20 mins for a strong flavour. Fill ¾ of a large jug with ice, adding slices of fresh fruit or mint to garnish (strawberries, blueberries, pomegranate – let your head go here!) Pour cooled infusion over ice. Top up with more ice before serving. Sweet Tooths can add sugar when the infusion is hot.
– also great as a base for a party punch. Add dry/strawberry champagne or gin/vodka.
* The majority of fruit blends can form a concentrate, which is very cost effective. To create a concentrate, leave infusion overnight. Strain fruit off, and dilute the concentrate 50/50 with ice and water, or if you prefer a little sparkle, use soda or mineral water. This will stretch it further for a crowd, or yourself.
