Gazing across the the river, the pink walls and grandiose white columns of the river’s most boastful mansion are unmissable. Sitting in the dappled light of the towering figs, a pensive breeze elicits a resounding thought, confirmed by a second sip: a cup of delicately fruity tea and the sparkling company of the river constitute an immaterial fortune never to be underestimated.
Ingredients: Pai Mu Tan, Guava, flavour.
Brew at 80ºC for 3+ minutes.
